Alex was amazing. Such a nice atmosphere that made me feel at ease. I changed my mind about my lip and got a nose piercing and two rook piercings. I was a little nervous getting all three but Alex was so calming and it was all over in minutes to be fair. She is highly skilled and professional with the right amount of chat to get through. Everything was explained to me and there was nothing out of order at all. I highly recommend them and I will return. The tattoo work that they had on display looked fantastic too. Excellent service. Piercings are expensive these days as is everything but this was worth every penny. So if you're looking for quality, professional and kind service, look no further. She's fab!
