Amazing experience ! The lady I had was so kind and comforting - I’m scared of needles and asked her to just do it quickly, she was such a gem and helped me to get it over and done with whilst being super fast, gentle and kind. Would come back again!

Alex was friendly, professional and reassuring.
Not as painful an ear piercing as I thought.
Advice clear and I loved the earrings.
Slightly worried about tightening them as I don’t want to mess with my ear and risk infection.

I went there for my son’s ear piercing - Alex was so quick we barely knew it had happened! Brilliant!

Our 5 year old wanted to get his ear pierced and this was somewhere we came across that would do his ear piercing with a needle. Leighton was amazing with our son and made him feel so calm and relaxed, explaining everything to him as he did it. He even gave him a sweet and a drink afterwards, which our son was chuffed to bits with. Thanks.

Came in for a jewellery change on a relatively new nostril piercing I got elsewhere - it was done so carefully and gently I literally didn't feel it! Really great help and service with choosing a new top for the piercing, also I'm going to order a threadless piece soon because their jewellery selection is amazing!
